External Basement Waterproofing |

Leaking basements can endanger the structure of a property and often mean that much needed space is unavailable. The Waterproofer can seal the basement from the outside or the inside.
From the outside the external walls can be waterproofed with either a CE certified, self-adhesive waterproof membrane, or a plastic modified thick film sealant.
Where access is limited an alternative method is to waterproof the outside from the insde! This is possible using KÖSTER's high tech, gel injection system. The gel is injected through special distribution packers to the exterior of the building where it spreads to create a new waterproofing layer; providing a long lasting flexible barrier. |
