Penetrating moisture resulting from adverse weather conditions such as driving rain, can cause damage to a buildings facade (exterior walls). Frequently this moisture can also cause internal moisture damage.
The Waterproofer can protect brick, stone and rendered facades by impregnating it with a water repellent spray or brush-on cream developed by Köster.
These products will not only prevent moisture from entering the walls but, at the same time, they guarantee water vapour can still escape and thus prevent long term moisture damage.
All Köster products are guaranteed for 10 years by Köster Aquatecnic and, in most cases, The Waterproofer will provide a 10 years workmanship guarantee.
