10 Year KÖSTER Material Guarantee and 10 Year Workmanship Guarantee
KÖSTER AQUATECNIC LIMITED guarantees the effectiveness of the applied KÖSTER products for a period of 10 years.
In most cases, The Waterproofer will grant a warranty of 10 years for the quality of their workmanship.
The only exception would normally be projects that are so demanding that no guaranteed solution can be found. In these cases The Waterproofer will put forward the best solution available and give a realistic assessment of the chances for a successful outcome. In some cases The Waterproofer may be able to offer an insurance backed warranty, but in these instances the insurance premium is normally paid by the client.
